GAS INJECTION & THERMAL INJECTION
We can do special injection such as gas injection and thermal injection.
We have 6 gas injection controllers and related assistant equipments
We have 2 thermal injection machines, one 350 ton, another 650 ton.

Thermal Injection Processes

1. clip film from roller and fix it on mold

2. heat up and vacuum form the film on     mold
   
3. close mold and inject substrate 4. finish injection process and trim the part.
